Terms of Service

Last updated: June 10, 2026

FilePile is operated by LITEBYTE Corporation ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using FilePile at filepile.co or www.filepile.co, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

FilePile provides AI-assisted invoice processing, document organization, expense insights, and related bookkeeping tools. Features may change over time as we improve the platform. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice where practicable.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of documents and data you upload. By using FilePile, you grant us a broad license to host, process, analyze, store, reproduce, and use your content as needed to provide and improve the service, including operating our AI systems, generating insights, maintaining backups, and developing new capabilities. This license continues for content we reasonably need to retain for legal, security, or operational purposes.

You confirm you have the right to upload your content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse FilePile, including uploading malicious files, attempting unauthorized access, or using the service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew monthly unless cancelled before the renewal date. Upgrades may be prorated. Account credit applies as a discount at checkout and has no cash value. Prices and plan limits are shown on our pricing page and may change with notice.

5. AI accuracy disclaimer

FilePile uses artificial intelligence to extract data from invoices. Results may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing extracted information before relying on it for tax, accounting, legal, or financial decisions.

6. Availability & support

We strive to keep FilePile available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis according to your plan.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LITEBYTE Corporation is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of FilePile. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Governing terms

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LITEBYTE Corporation regarding FilePile. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
